 Senior Movie Day Is Wednesday, October 23
Mark your calendars. Our next Senior Movie Day presented by Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation will be Wednesday, October 23 at 3 p.m. It's open to those age 60 and over. Attendees will receive free admission to the movie of their choice, a free small popcorn, and a free small soda all courtesy of Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation. Our movies will be Overcomer and The Addams Family.

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
