 Senior Movie Day Is Wednesday, June 26
Mark your calendars. Our next Senior Movie Day presented by Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation will be Wednesday, June 26 at 3 p.m. It's open to those age 60 and over. Attendees will receive free admission to the movie of their choice, a free small popcorn, and a free small soda all courtesy of Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation. Our movies will be Toy Story 4 and Men In Black International.

r sharin sdcg the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s bettdsce r to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
